After weeks of decorating, practicing and preparing for the magnificent event, on this day parents, students and teachers got to see the massive admirable talents of the students of SFS academy. The organizers of the program and management left no stone unturned to make this day most memorable for all. The choir team marched merrily to the other institutions in the campus caroling and spreading the joy of Christmas. Rev. Fr. Joshy- the manager of SFS academy was invited as the chief guest of the function. He blessed the stage and gave a wonderful speech about the birth and teachings of Jesus Christ. Rev. Fr. Christopher Crasta - Principal of degree college, Rev.Fr. Saji- Principal of Pre-university, Rev. Fr. Saju- Principal of SFS high school and Rev. Fr. Tony- finance administrator of SFS academy were invited on stage as guests of honor. Rev. Fr. Soby – the school principal and Mrs. Geothi Nair- academic co-coordinator graced the occasion with their esteemed presence.

The program started with the narration of the nativity scene, and a skit centered on the story of RUDOLPH- THE REINDEER. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is a legendary reindeer, created by Robert Lewis May, usually depicted as a young fawn with a glowing red nose, popularly known as "Santa's ninth reindeer." he is the lead reindeer pulling Santa's sleigh on Christmas Eve. The luminosity of his nose is so great that it illuminates the team's path through inclement winter weather. Mocked and excluded by his peers because of this trait, Rudolph manages to prove himself one Christmas Eve after Santa Claus catches sight of Rudolph's nose and asks Rudolph to lead his sleigh for the evening. Rudolph agrees, and is finally treated better by his fellow reindeer for his heroism and accomplishment.

Throughout the theatre performance, the crowd witnessed many dances, songs and carols by the choir team, performances by students of all age groups and arrival of Santa Claus. Santa Claus was portrayed by Balasubramanyam of 7th grade who depicted the character flawlessly. There was a flash mob dance by all the participating students of the cultural team that put everyone in the audience in awe. Sweets and cakes were distributed throughout the school and children celebrated Christmas by exchanging gifts in their classes with friends and teachers for the rest of the day.

It was indeed a fabulous sight to see as the whole school came alive during this day to celebrate Christmas with excitement, joy and love.
