International Yoga Day Celebration

SFS Academy joyfully celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2025, with a rejuvenating session led by our dedicated teacher, Mrs. Manisha Pandey. The session began with an insightful explanation of the difference between exercise and yoga, emphasizing the holistic benefits of incorporating yoga into daily life.

Students actively participated in performing a series of asanas including Tadasana, Chakrasana, Katti Chakrasana, Chandrasana, Sukhasana, Ardha Padmasana, Vrishabhasana, Vajrasana, Kodasana, Utkatasana, and Surya Namaskar. The yoga practice concluded with a calming Pranayama (breathing exercise).

The session successfully promoted awareness, flexibility, and inner calm, leaving everyone feeling refreshed—both in body and mind.
